Fauna Quick Start and Tips

Welcome to Fauna, your audio glasses! This quick start page will help you set up your audio glasses for first use. Please be sure to read carefully and follow the steps below for the best experience with your audio glasses.

1. Charge the case

Prior to first use, we advise to fully charge the case via USB-C before activating your glasses. Your case is fully charging when you see the four LEDs on the front of the case light up. Your charging case will act as a power bank to charge your glasses on the go.

2. Charge the glasses

Peel the plastic protectors off the charging contacts of your glasses. Place the glasses in the case, press down and make sure the single LED in the case center lights up. Close the lid and make sure that the leftmost and rightmost “case status” LEDs light up.

3. Activate & connect

Open the lid of the case and press Fauna against the charging contacts of the case. You will hear the message “Fauna is on, Fauna is pairing”. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and search for Fauna. Tap to connect. The connection is confirmed with “Great, Fauna is connected”.


Helpful tips

For optimal fit, fold the left temple first.

Be sure to press the glasses down when putting them in the case.

Always check to see whether both temples are connected.


What the LEDs on the case mean

If the battery is below 30 %, Fauna warns you: “Battery low”. To charge your Fauna, put it in the case, making sure that the pins are connected correclty. It is recommended to fold the left temple first. Close the lid to start the charging process.

The glasses status LED in the center of the charging case indicates the charging status of your Fauna.

  • flashing yellow: less than 30% battery
  • flashing green: less than 100% battery
  • 10 sec green: fully charged

The case status LEDs on the front of the charging case indicate the charging status of the case.

  • 1 LED: 25% battery
  • 2 LEDs: 50%
  • 3 LEDs: 75%
  • 4 LEDs: fully charged
