Placing your order
The pre-order phase is the time in which you can order Fauna before it is available for purchase. Placing your order within this period will grant you exclusive and early access to the device before anyone else. During the pre-order phase, the price of the device is substantially reduced.
We are currently in the exciting final phase of testing and evaluating our Fauna eyewear. For bearing with us during this time, we’d like to reward you with a special discount voucher – so you’ll not only be one of the first to get our revolutionary smart audio glasses, you’ll also get them at a special early-bird rate.
You can place your order in our webshop. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email to the email account you provided with a confirmation number and the shipping details you provided.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping within the euro area, the UK and Switzerland is free of cost. Fauna does not currently ship outside this region but is expanding fast to accommodate customers worldwide. Please be aware that you will have to take care of paying customs and additional taxes upon delivery yourself when ordering from Switzerland.
It depends on when you placed your order – the sooner you order, the sooner you’ll get your Fauna glasses. If you order in the pre-order phase, you will receive your order in autumn 2020 on a first-come-first-served basis.
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. We offer an extended return policy for returning the glasses within 30 days. Please check your shipment notification email for the link for returns.
After that, you may return your product under the warranty terms stated in our terms of trade.
Please notice that should you wish to return your Fauna, glasses and case must be returned together.
